"Healthy mobility" was a job shadowing project making available for 2 youth workers from Poland to go for 9 days to JANDELSBRUNN in Germany. The job shadowing activities started on 24th of September 2015 (due to the delayed signing of the contract with the National Agency) and went for 9 days (7 working days and 2 active days in the nature), until 2nd of October 2015. The project aimed to exchange experience, acquire new skills, gain useful knowledge and also develop a partnership. But also acquire good working practices in raising youth awareness about healthy living, selective tourism, importance of international dialogue and intercultural education. We have formed an international partnership, learned from each other how each partner organizes and carries out their work with young people and also we exchanged good practice experiences (in areas of selective tourism and promoting healthy lifestyles). The Job shadowing activities took place in Jandelsbrunn at the premises of VEDISCHER TEMPEL UND KUHSCHUTZ e.V. where the Polish youth workers learned about good practices with youth, shadowed German youth workers in action and shared their experience.
