International youthexchange will be held in Rõuge, Võru county, Estonia 10th - 18th October 2014. The partners are from the same kind rural region and with the same interests as Rõuge Youth Club. Youngsters health is problematic question in the whole world. International project help participants to see problem scope far from our local community and our everyday life environment. The target group of the project are youngsters aged 13-18 years because we must start to spread healthy lifestyle mentality as younger as possible to prevent later problems. If we increase young people knowledge about health problems and their causes then we develop young people critical mind to their choices in their food on the table or factors in their living environment. Project activities will be lectures, workshops, discussions, presentations, study visits, activities, youth-to-youth learnings. There will be online broadcasting about project results in the end of project. The result of the project is that participants have analyzed their lifestyle and found about the factors which influence their choices and community and they have found out the ideas what kind of initiatives are needed in their home regions to make changes. Participants will understand how to be caring person to people from their community.
