This project is a key action 1 Mobility persons based learning youth mobility. Participants will learn resources, dynamics, activities ... so that refugees or immigrants can be integrated in our sociaty and become part of a Western society.The project will be developed in Medina del Campo (Castilla y León), from 19 to 26 of August. With a total of 48 participants from Spain, Slovakia, Romania, Portugal, Italy and Bulgaria.The organizer is the Club Deportivo Chañe. A sports club that takes place in a rural setting with large immigrant populations with extensive experience in social inclusion and integration, and to develop strategies to improve the employability and employment opportunities through sport.In this case this project has the following objectives:- To facilitate the reception and integration of refugees and immigrants with sports as its centerpiece.- Develop awareness western instruments to cause positive response to the reception and integration of refugees and immigrants.To do this we will learn:- Identify the figure of the immigrant and refugee.- Know the current resources and current legislation.- Develop guidelines for managing the reception and integration of immigrants- Provide resources that foster citizen inclusion and social integration.- To use sport as a means of inclusion and integration.- The sports management as a means of inclusion and integration.- To sensitize the Western community of the importance and richness of the immigrant population.The participants in this meeting will be workers in the field of youth who want to learn resources to improve the integration and acceptance of refugees and immigrants. Within the group of participants we will have to immigrants as well as within the organization. Chañe have 20% of immigrants and integration work form has remarkable young collaborators Club immigrant origin involved in daily activities that the club organice.This project is organicing for every partner and every participant. The objectives of each activity are clearly defined by all partners as well as their implementation. Although the C.D. Chañe is the developer of the project entity all countries will play a leading role in the development of each activity.Besides working the different strategies and activities for inclusion and integration 6 videos will ride through which we intend to sensitize our society to this problem. We will issue the videos through our video channel and through the channels of each of the organizations. Similarly we send the results of the project and the corresponding video media.In all material broadcast logo appears Erasmus + program, that of D.C. Chane and collaborating entities.In the impact and the diffusion, the program Erasmus+ will be present.
