This project involves 2 profiles that are present at our school. Medicine and Cosmetics. In this manner we want to diversify the inclusion of all vocation that were have, having in mind that we provided possibility for some vocations in the previous years. At the same time these profiles are indirectly compatible and we believe that via this initiative and the 2 mobility flows in Spain and Portugal we will provide a continuity of our efforts for internationalisation of the educational process, which is in line with our European development plan.Both hosting institutions from Spain and Portugal have previous experience in hosting both national and international apprentices. They have participated earlier in an Erasmus+ Project and they do have experience from the old Leonardo da Vinci Programme. The hosts have facilities which are modern and suitable for high standard working which will be at the disposal for the apprentices from Macedonia. Also the staff which is dealing with cases and practice on daily bases, that are of interest of the pupils, is skilled to speak in English language and open to share its experience with the students from Macedonia.The specific methodology and approach that the students will learn during their practical training abroad will be used once they come back home and later on during their professional careers. In this manner the new knowledge and skills will become immediately applicable. So with this training the apprentices will be more qualified to provide adequate and up-to-date service to their patients.On top of this general objective, we believe that the participants will:- improve their skills on how to deal with patients/clients in better and more advanced manner;- be introduced to the processes of planning and management of a complex institution that work by western European standards;- improve their skills related to time management;- improve their professional language skills and at least know how to describe specific services in a foreign language.This project will have 2 flows. One towards Madrid, Spain and a second one towards Braga, Portugal. Each of the flows will include different students from the 2 vocations in our school, accompanied with teachers as support staff and mentors/tutors during the stay of the apprentices abroad.
