Information Technology has made an incredible progress in last fifty years, has changed society life radically and hereat modern society of nowadays has been constituted. IT section of our school provide training for fullfilling the qualified peronnel need of the industry. Our school provides training on fields like web design and web programming, desktop programming, graphic design and animation which take important place on IT sector. When the curriculum of this subjects are analyzed, an important deficiency is conspicuous : knowledge of aesthetic desing. Our project aims teachers to have trainng of design and educate students. improving professional competence and communication skills of participants,interaction with a forign culture, gaining Professional experience and sharing this with school personnel are other targets of our project. Project group is composed of seven participants. Participants of the project will be chosen from IT teachers of our school. Participants will be teachers who has enough English knowledge, at least five years of professional experience, good knowledge of their field, bachelor’s degree. Considering the aims of the project, a school which lead the field has been chosen.Design training will be given in Prague Graphic School (Vyšší odborná škola grafická a Střední průmyslová škola grafická) which has a say in field in its country and European-wide. The course has been planned as both theoric and practical. Training will take place as ten days in two weeks. Trainig language will be English. For carrying out the project wholesomely, its very important to respond needs of participants. That’s why requirements of participants like travel ,food , accommodation, local transport , security and protection, social security , guidance, interpreting are planned punctiliously and Comprehensively. Efes Travel Agency will help our project group on this point. At the end of the project our teachers will get knowledge of artistic design. They will improve themselves avocationally. Quality of the educaiton they give at school will increase. Quality education will accompany studnet success. Students will graduate as qualified personnels and take part in the sector. Experience sharing will contribute development of the school. In the mtedium term our school will educate more qualified sudents and employment of students in the sectorwill get easy. In long term, ours school will develop internationalization vision and quality of education will reach European standard.
