The project "integrate. Not hate." is an educational visit in the workplace (job shadowing). One participant, a youth worker from partner organizations Urbaniac in Romania will stay, for two months in Zagorje ob Savi, Slovenija. Where she will observe and studie the program of Youth Centre in Zagorje, hosting organization.The participant will also be actively involved in working with young people and developing project ideas in hosting organization. Participant will work in the field of promoting human rights and tolerance, particularly in the context of the current European refugee crisis. So we expect a more positive attitude in the local environments to refugees, immigrants. When working in this field we will strive to use different artistic practices, as a way of pointing out hate speech, a method of expression for young people and promotion of active citizenship.The project is the result of good cooperation between the two organizations, with particular project, we expect to develop new collaborations between partners, to identify and transfer good practices, and raise the quality of youth work in each of the participating organizations.We also expect to raise competences included youth workers, understanding of other cultures and countries and the exercise of their European identity.
