The population of our country contains a considirable amount of disabled people. Proffesional nursing services are being needed and are on the rise depending on the normal daily live’s intensities. It is an important process to increase the capasity of the disabled people’s life to make them easier and also it is importatnt for the country. On this content the department of “social contribution for old and ill persons” has oppened in our vocational and technical training schools in order to create a responce for the need. The aim of this act is raising the qualified worker for create the response for health and nursing services needs. The practial implication skills are the most importtant part of this area in order to raise qualified workers.. This practical implications are not avaible in our schools. And our students are in need to learn these implications because these implications are very important to do this job. These implications involve such as taking care of the old, ill and disable persons, helping them to doing their physical activities, using the right equipment on their physical activities. Alos our students are in need to know different cultures, raising the skills of foreign languages, developing their personal development and finding proper jobs. In order to go over properly these implications and needs this Erasmus Plus Project involves Korkut MTAL, Hasköy MTAL and Güroymak MTAL, Amandus Seniorenresidenz (Germany) and Stichting Odion (Holand) to learn new methods and approches in this area. Within his Project, 36 students that are studying in the related area are going to have the proper education and knowledge. Scheduled activites and events are being organized by the partners and our institution. Also companion teachers are going to support our participants to learn the issue easily and properly. The student groups are gathered 6 students, and each group have a1 teacher to look aout for them.
