Besides, the volunteer will be supporting the regular work at the office together with the responsible and with an intern, from keeping contacts to a precious help with the administrative matters. The volunteer will greatly improve his interpersonal and social competencies, such as adaptability and facing new challenges,team-working with colleagues and sharing responsibilities. He should be able to strengthen his communication skills in a foreign language. The volunteer will encourage a closer cooperation within existing networks in Germany and Moldova on a grass root level, and establish new contacts which could grow through the years. The maintenance of this trans-European connection will be a mutual interest, which apart from working experiences will allow also transmission, comparison and understanding of values between different cultures. Our EVS projects were in the past very sustainable in that regard, that all our EVS continued to work for Citizens of Europe or started own projects and initiatives. By this this project contributes to an active European civil society.
