PROJECT
FINISHED
The project responds to the needs of increasing the innovation and quality of education in catering and hotel industry occupations in schools in Milicz, Włocławek and Międzybórz. The Project emphasizes the necessity of amplification of intercultural competences (including linguistic) as well as the quality of practical learning. Students will not develop the intercultural and linguistic competences and they will not get familiar with the foreign labour market without going abroad.. The project plan contains 3-week’s training period in Germany for 25 students from school in Milicz, 30 from school in Włocławek and 15 students from school in Międzybórz that will allow them to improve their professional skills and experience new methods of work and governance in the international milieu. That will require the usage of the German language and will force them to deal with a different cultural situations by themselves. Thanks to that they will raise their general and vocational knowledge, their international competences, language skills and practical competences in the international milieu. Students will be more competitive and better (practical) prepared for the European market. The cooperation between Faveo, Bildungsnetzwerk Magdeburg and schools allows transferring the working methods of the 3rd sector into the public schools and it brings these two sectors and the economy sector for the quality of education closer to each other. The main objective of the project is to increase the innovation and quality of practical vocational training in catering and hotel industry through raising the international mobility of students and teachers and through strengthening of the cross-sectoral, Polish-German cooperation network. Project will be widespread on the local and international scale and will promote acquirement of the qualifications at European level. All participants will receive Europass Mobility.
