The project is focused on a problem having a real cross border dimension: in the area between Romania and Hungary the unemployment level is significant, especially among young peopleor disadvantaged groups. The overall aim is to enhance the border areas economic competitiveness and entrepreneurial potential by promoting entrepreneurship and improving the human resources.The main activities of the project are linked to the elaboration of a statistical database and study concerning the business environment and entrepreneurship in the border area, as well as organization of entrepreneurial courses/trainings.The project involve the following direct beneficiaries: women who want to initiate their own business, potential candidates trained on entrepreneurship development; young unemployed (aged 24-35), graduates with higher education; disadvantaged persons: migrants, ethnic minorities, (roma etc.) The indirect beneficiaries are the citizens of Csongrad and Timis county and the local and regional companies.
