The Project "Grow your organization, link it to Europe" was created as a response to the necessity of organizations acting in the youth field do develop qualitatively, to increase their capacity of work at European level within the frame of Erasmus + programme, to train their youth leaders, to provide activities suited to the needs of young people, to know how to attract qualified staff in the organizations projects, to adapt and respond specifically to the needs of young people. The main activity of the project is a training that will take place in Iasi, Romania, between 03-12 June 2015, hosted by Kasta Morrely Organization in which there will be trained 27 youth, workers, leaders, youth trainers representatives from Czech Republic, Denmark, Germany, Italy, Latvia, Macedonia, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Spain and Turkey. The activities will be based on non-formal methods mind mapping, role play, work-shop, brainstorming, swot analysis, learning in a European multicultural context, interactive sessions held by experts. Thematic: organizational management, human resources, European projects, funding and fundraising, organizational promotion via on-line methods, media, dissemination activities and follow-up. The project will facilitate the exchange information between the promoters on activities and non-formal methods of working with young people, making long-term partnership between participant organizations and connecting the promoters with European networks such as Salto, Involved Youth Coalition etc. At the end of the training will be created two sustainable resources of youth organizations capacity development a Brochure in the creation of which the participants will work together, which will be promoted at international level on-line, on the page of the project, by Kasta Morrely and the partners for in order to be a support for worldwide organizations. In the long term the project will have an impact on capacity development and cooperation between organizations at European level to increase the professionalism of youth activities and punctually address the needs of young people. The project has the following objectives: 1. Increasing the capacity of partner organizations by training participants in organizational quality management, of human resources, European projects and strategic promotion; 2. Motivation and professional development of participants as resource persons in increasing the quality of the activities and methods of working with young people, funding/fundraising, PR; 3. Creating and international promotion of a brochure of the project as practical instrument for capacity growth, attractiveness and European dimension of youth organizations; 4. Realization of partnerships to facilitate the synergy between active NGOs at European level in the youth field.
