Our volunteer say that our project are exactly as it's written in the data base. We can oly host one volunteer at the time. The reason why we host a volunteer is that we want to give a young person the possibility to teach and grow with our way of working and in the same time shpw our young memebers that we are the same and it doesn't matter where we are from. The volunteer worked as a directing assistant in one of our teenage theatre groups. the volunteer worked both artistic and with her own leadership. She have also worked against a deadline (The premiere). The volunteer have also been working with the planning of our "Young theatre festival wher more than 100 teenagers performed in 8 different plays. We also had a guest group from Stockholm in the festival. Our volunteer Fanni are a good photografer so she made all the photos and brochures for the festivals and also for our big summer theatre. We are not looking for a volunteer with special skills, we are looking for some one who really want to come to our project. We look more at the motivation letter than the CV. After the teenage festival the volunteer was involved in the planning of the children festival where 120 children was playing in 8 different plays. The volunteer was one in the crew. fani also made her own project. She made a film about our theatre and she also had some photo workshops. In this writing moment she is participating as an actress in the big out door summer theatre "Ronja the robbers daughter. We play 24 perfomances with totally 7000 spectaters. Fanni have been in Hungarian TV and press. She has also been accepted for a training i Norway in youth exchange, and we are planning to do a project with her theatre grop in Hungary.
