The aim of the project is to strengthen cooperation and create a network of personal contacts inspectors in the border regions of the Czech Republic and Bavaria in official food control. The main objective of the project will exchange visits of staff from both partner authorities.Internships attracted more than 20 representatives SZPI a similar number of representatives of the Bavarian regulatory authorities. The target group is mainly inspectors. Exchange visit will include a visit to the regional inspectorate or inspection body, which will be presented activities of the Authority concerning food, discussed current problems and will be followed by visits to food business operators. These joint inspections are an important part of the project because the direct experience and cooperation at a practical level always provides valuable information and allows you to bring new perspectives on work by supervisory authorities exercise. Visits operators will be implemented in the scope of powers SZPI will be visited such as bakery, delicatessen manufacturers, confectionery products, breweries, fruit and vegetable wholesalers, supermarkets, etc.Leaders of both partners agreed that building a common platform for cooperation in the field of food control in the border area for them is a priority. During the conference, was also signed an agreement on long-term cooperation between Czech and Bavarian supervisory authorities.
