GREEN FUTURE - Felhasználhatósági tanulmány a MEF-ok eszköz- és technológia felhasználásáról középületek energiaszükségleteinek biztosítására / GREEN FUTURE-Štúdia využiteľnosti zavádzania nástrojov a technológií OZE pri zabezpečení energetických potrieb (GREEN FUTURE / GREEN FUTURE)
Start date: Dec 31, 2010, End date: Dec 30, 2011 PROJECT  FINISHED

The project is directly dealing with the utilisation of renewable resources for energetic management of public buildings as a study for the preparation of future investment. The project is interlocked with the previous project which analyzed the potential of renewable energy resources in counties of nové Zámky, Šaľa and Komárno. The submitted project is linked up to this acitivity - based on the potential anaylsis it will conceive the options of particular investments. The final output will be setting the options of utilisation of this technology - suitability, energy saving, financial costingness of the project. On this project take part 117 autonomies from Slovakia and Hungary - from this point of viwe it means approx. 200 public buildings of schools, rest homes and other public buildings. The majority of the were built in the 70-ties and 80-ties and their are already after their period of service. One of the original responsibilities of an autonomy is the operation of these public buildings- they are facilities of civic amenities financed from the autonomy's budget. Energy costs represent 70% of complete operation costs of these objects. Until now no facility utilises renewable energy resources - for financing the investment it is inevitable to mention the resource and technology, its impact, sustainability and economic aspect. On the Hungarian side is the problem similar but there are already realized investments - e.g. solar energy utilisation for schools and supply of technologies that has the KVA partner already analysed. K.E.M. RVA will realize primarily similar activity as in Slovakia. Achievements: The cost of energy consumption at public institutions is usually more than these institutions can allocate for running expenses. This is usually caused by obsolete engineering and the door system used in buildings. The support from the structural funds is a great help, but only if interested institutions have resources to provide all the documentation needed for the submission of applications. The aim of this project was to take into account all public institutions in the district of Komárom – Esztergom, Nové Zámky, Šaľa and Komárno, to analyse the conditions of these buildings, mostly the status of the heating and door systems and to create reconstruction and modernization packages for similar types of buildings. The partners created a Feasibility Study on the Instruments and Technologies Enabling the Use of Renewable Energy Resources to Satisfy the Energy Requirements of Public Buildings, organized conferences and disseminated the results of the analyses.
