Multilateral Youth Exchange.Coordinating Entity: Association “El Cerro de Extremadura”.Venue: Burguillos del Cerro-Badajoz-SpainCelebration Date: From 2 to 9 of May 2016 (8 days of activities)Partners: Bulgaria, Cyprus, Poland, Italy and Ireland.Participants: Five young people from each country between 20 and 30 years, accompanied by coordinator or leader for each group.The project stems from the concerns of young, related to the high unemployment of the youth population in much of Europe, especially in countries such as those involved in this project. Also young people have expressed concern about the situation of the environment, and knowledge of the opportunities that the green economy can offer as a possible niche market, it has led them to raise the idea of a synergy between environment-employmentThe main goal of the project is that during the 8 days of activity from youth exchanges, particularly those who have fewer opportunities because they live in a rural area, they will acquire skills to facilitate their employability and entrepreneurial capacity, primarily in green economy and share ideas on the topic of sustainable development.The project also seeks the knowledge of other cultures, understanding and mutual respect, awareness of European citizenship, as well as getting young people more active and participatory and more committed to society.During these days all kinds of activities such as debates, exhibitions, tours, business simulations, role plays, workshops, etc., activities in non-formal and informal education that provide participants with a range of skills and abilities that develop their personal and professional future.Also involved organizations improve their skills and capacity to manage international projects as well as for his work with youth. Through communication and collaboration between organizations in the project, that will exchange experience and ideas for new projects, which will contribute to establishing lasting cooperation in the youth field at European level.
