"Great team needs a great coach" is training for 18 youth workers from Poland, Portugal, Spain, Węgier, Armenia, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Italy. We want it to be an opportunity to collect our experiences in working with volunteers and systematize them during one, multinational seminar. The aim of the project is to improve the core competencies of participants in the field of youth work and the creation of tools for professionals working with young people, not just representatives of the organizations participating in the project but also people from other organizations, for implementing coaching culture in organizations and coaching approach to youth.The project participants are people engaged in their organizations in direct working with young people. These will be people with several years of experience, interested in using tools of coaching in youth work. During he project participants will acquire the ability for easier and more accurate and readable setting the rules of cooperation with the youth. They will learn to build relationships with young people on trust and sense of security. Then they implement it in their organizations and they will be ambassadors for the introduction of a coaching culture in NGOs. In addition, beneficiaries of the achieved results will be other people working with youth, they will receive a tool in the form of coaching tools that will be publish by us on the Internet in the form of scenarios of classes, workshops and methods of working with young people.
