Through this project we want to create an initiative group between our volunteers that can teach elements of two very effective methods of working , psychodrama and playback theater , and rural young people in a context of exchange of experience with people involved in working with young people. All these people coordinate or are part of organizations or youth groups.       Through this project, our organization will create the necessary exchange of experience and initiate the use of Playback Theatre and Psychodrama elements , which we consider very suitable for young people and for young people in rural areas, both intended beneficiaries and the role of participants .       We want the project activities to show young people from Cyprus and Romania organisations what means tolerance , acceptance and effective intervention methods of education, with the development of rural youth . We offer an international non-formal learning framework to give a practical solution related to " futility " of young people from rural area, in a way that we can make them feel useful .      The role of our organization is to create a framework of non-formal learning, in which 35 young people from two different areas as culture and social organization to find the most efficient way to use elements from the two non-formal methods , to be applied also by 14 in rural areas , to be applied among the communities to which they belong . All this project will also make possible role of intercultural understanding of the two groups of participants , through all aspects of the similarities / differences cultural . The project will be implemented in Gradinile, Romania and aims to improve the competences for implementing nonformal activities for 35 participants from 2 countries, to enhance the 35 participants’ abilities for applying nonformal educational metods in projects Erasmus+ and to promote their cooperation in the youth field and the tolerance spirit. The activities planned for the 10 activity days are based on the following themes: The importance of Nonformal education; Nonformal education in the context of Erasmus+ Program and European context; Psichodramma and playback theatre; How to use creativity and spontaneity in education, Disadvantaged people and nonformal education. The methods used during the Youth excange are non-formal methods: psichodramma, playback theatre, energizers, team-buiding and communication games, ice-breaking, role plays, group work. The activities undertaken will involve learning the basic techniques of the two methods in a context of intercultural values and attitudes towards children from rural area.
