GOGO- Golden Parents for Golden kids is a project which aims; to inform parents of Highly Gifted; raising awareness of their children’s individual talents providing them with education, training and methods and which will supply cooperation and communication between teachers/educators/academicians from different parts of Europe about the same problem.The content of the project intends, to Exchange information in terms of artistic and scientific cooperation with parents and teachers; to improve methods and techniques that will resolve the needs, to provide the opportunities to experience and implement pedagogic approaches; to make parents efficient guides in their children's education process; to take people who suffer from the same problem together, to make a study on a subject which hasn't been much faced out before.ACTIONS: We will perform following action plan to achieve these objectives − Preparing presentations that will introduce Mission and Vision of the Center to the parents. − Arranging conferences for parents to ensure awareness of Highly Gifted in their artistic and scientific abilities and skills. −Preparing a web site to raise awareness of parents. − Organizing artistic activities ( art, music, theatre and language arts) as exhibitions, concerts and demonstrations. −Preparing and present the CD, brochures, and magazines introducing Gifted children’s properties and their projects and activities. - Combining parents and teachers of these children. - Giving the importance they deserve to these children.
