The Project will take one year and it will take place in Ankara on between 23.06.2012 - 30.06.2012. It is European Program 1.1 Youth Exchange Project that aims to employ the youths. It includes 50 participants who are from Turkey, Poland, Hungary, Greece, Bulgaria, United Kingdom, Romania, Italy, Estonia, Latvia countries and it maintains 7 days.In nowadays; unemployment especially youth unemployment is one of the significant problem in each country. In this mean; ensuring the active participation of young in vocational life carries weight. In particularly; it is enabled to raise awareness of the community and youth foundations and to determine the new proposals and assistances about youths who have no enough opportunities should participate in the vocational life. It is examined the employment of youth and participation in the community of them. As a result, the ideas of participant youths, partners and employees who work for existing partners are attached in the agreement and suggestion worksheets.In this project; we carry out the methods of social learning and the styles of non-formal learning such as games of motivation, booklet, posters, working of painting, group actions, round table studies, workshop and atelier working by taking into account the profile of participant youths. In addition, group actions are given importance and it is ensured that all participants study in the groups.
