Get a Job - Mission (Im)Possible?!.

The project "Get a Job - Mission (Im)Possible?!." will be organized for 24 youngsters from 2 Youth in Action Programme Countries (Spain,Czech Republic) and 2 Partner Countries from EECA (Moldova,Armenia). The youth exchange is aimed at exploring the entrepreneurial potential of young people, in particular by analyzing the situation of youth employment in each countries and developing at the participants relevant skills to be competitive on the labour market. This youth exchange will be focused on helping young people to develop creativity and entrepreneurship, and to share different ideas regarding possibilities to set up their own business (e.g. private, business, social enterprise, NGO), being ready to make a change for unemployed, disadvantaged young people and young people with fewer opportunities living in rural or deprived urban areas.Key elements of the project will be the understanding of the issue of poverty and marginalization and encouraging young people's awareness and commitment to tackling these issues for a more inclusive society, youth unemployment and how it appears in Europe, inclusion of young migrants, disabled young people, and Roma youth.The youth exchange is based on a non-formal and a trainee centred approach, putting the needs and abilities of the participants into the centre of the exchange. A broad range of educational means will be applied ranging from simulation games and workshops to short interactive exercises and trainee-led sessions.OBJECTIVES:- To improve competencies of young people on how to search and to get a new job, the values and the benefits on developing and doing businesses in rural and deprived urban area.- To share experiences on job searching and creative entrepreneurial ideas from youth to youth.- To provide time and space for individual development of ideas for a business and for individual assessment regarding key elements of the project.The project will be organized in the Republic of Moldova for 9 days.
