TC "Gender equality - way to inclusive society" will be organized from 05.04.2012 till 12.04.2012. in Nis, Serbia. It will gather 25 young people from 6 countries - Bosnia, Greece, FYROM, Malta, Serbia and Turkey. The project will offer participants the opportunity to learn about the women human rights and gender equality through peer education training. Once they participate in the training, they will be empowered to contribute to development of their communities and society by pro actively transferring the newly acquired experience and knowledge to their peers in the field of women human rights and gender equality. Another aspect of TC will be the basic techniques for photography work and how to use this tool for a social change in the field of women rights and gender equality and promotion of the same. The participants will also gain basic knowledge about Youth in Action program and possibilities the program offers. At structural level, it will build capacity of the organizations participating in TC and will give the base for the exchange of good practices and further networking. Finally, the training will network young people from different European countries and allow intercultural learning as well as enable them to further work in the youth field in the European level.
