As is known in today's world will be solved problems at the global level as in all areas like youth by local, regional, national and international measures and work that is performed. The local, regional, national and international cooperation is increasing and through the public institutions will develop the ability to move as partner with the political authorities, social partners, professional associations and civil society organizations. The solutions to those problems and the methods and systematic applied at fulfillment of needs in the youth field are in every country different. The difference is not only from country to country. You can also see this difference local and regional. The plan of the project is that the good applications and the youth work about local, regional, national and international experiences will be shared between the partners. Furthermore the project should be a tool to create a long term network between the partners and new partners of the future. This project should encourage the local and regional authorities to show more attention for the youth work, to integrate the analyzed well applied projects which are for problems and needs in the field of youth, to develop the ability to make local, regional, national and international cooperation and partnership in the future and to have new networks between the European countries. In addition another aim of the project is that the participants observe the similarities and differences of the youth works and projects of the other establishments. The participants should also be able to create with their skills and experiences new projects that are concerning to the local problems and needs. The two main actions of this project that will be realized in Germany and Turkey are the study visits and partnership building activities in which all participants should take part. During this visits the actors will have the chance to see and observe the applied projects of the public institutions and civil society organizations operating in the field of youth in their place. Moreover the participants will have information about the condition of the establishments, organizational structure and administrative staff. In the Project will take part eleven active youth workers and four managers of four public youth centres from Turkey. In the Germany part of the Project will take part eight active youth workers of six civil society organizations. Three of them will be female and five of them will be male participants. In the end of the project it is intended that the actors will develop their ability to create cooperation and partnership and are also able to realize European projects in the future. With the local integration of the well applied projects it is planned to find a global solution for the problems and needs in the youth field.
