In this project it is aimed to first enable the teachers and educational executives and then the students and thein parents at regional level to reach an innovative point of view to education and training and to take the first steps towards how the prospective shining schools and students should be. Besides this main objective, it is aimed to learn the new methods, techniques, approaches, materials, and instrument in the field of education, training and management and to implement them in our school. In addition it is intended to deal with early school leaving and unsuccess in project. The project will be carried out in five mobilities .The number of participants of 2 people for each mobilities has been foreseen within the project. The participants are school director, assistant managers and teachers. The part of people are that joined this project did or continued the doctorate, master degree; the others are that joined many projects and were found many activities for self-development and developing their positions. The common traits of the participants are innovator, creator, working selflessly for education, training and their corporation and opening for improvement and especially to be individuals who are not satisfied with current situation and ask always for better. The idea of the project was come up as a result of the evaluation output in the last term of strategic plan. It showed that although a many aim was successful, most of all was not occurred in this plan. One of the reasons all participants of the school related to the education are not enough to aware of innovative education and training activities. They are not taking an active role about success-oriented activities. The project is action research which is follow theory and practice successively. The qualitative methods and the qualitative data collection tools is the methods and the tools to be consulted in this project. In accordance with the project aims three courses will be taken by means of ITC International Education and Consulting Company. Besides that two jobshadowings will be carried out in Cracow, Poland and Barcelona, Spain. Thus, the project is contained also hands on training at the same time. All mobilities being held will be carried out participating group established beforewith all details by planin before. At the end of the project, it is expected that consist of awareness for individual, corporate, regional and provincial-wide. As a result of the project activities, the increase students' academic success, development of their attitudes towards of the school, the increase of social -cultural activities, and the reduction in school absenteeism are predicted. It is expected that the competitions, the exhibitions, the seminars and the courses to be done within the scope of the project will make out a change in the perception and new learning outcome. It is aimed that this new movement to be started is expanded provincial-wide. The growth of individual typerequired by age of information involves the growth primarily in thought. Moving forward with this principle, we will take all our steps with the effort of growing " shining schools and individuals" for " a shining world".
