GARONNARNO: Methodologies for sections Euro and ESABAC
For ten years, the Victor Louis Lycée has been part of projects of European exchanges for either pupils or teachers by Leonardo, Comenius or Erasmus progarms. In 2014, within the framework of CIEP, Mrs Rafaelli, professor of French ESABC at the scientific high school U.Dini of Pisa ans Mrs Boutet, professor of History ans Geography at the high school V. Louis at Talence had the opportunity to meet and share their professional prcatices.
This exchange having been very fruitful, both teachers would like to extend it further by a mobility of several teachers of French, Italian and scientific disciplines between both schools. Five teachers from Victor Louis lycée would make an observation training course at liceo U.Dini. Furthermore, Mrs another teacher will leave also for a teaching mission there.
For the high school V. Louis, sharing and analysing the professional practices as well as teaching in a new context would offer the opportunity for: strengthening the Italian-Euro section; starting the new ESABAC section from September 2015; developing Sciences teaching in English;
The aim of the project is three-fold, cultural, linguistic and methodological. It would be implemented through two main actions as follows.
1. Two blogs for methodologies:
The blog #1 will be placed in mirror of that of the high school V. Louis and of that of the high school U. Dini as well as on the ENT of the high school V. Louis.
The blog will be first a deposit of methodology data sheets and training exercises for students to prepare the following exams: the Italian DNL in History and Geography ; the Euro English of the high school French diploma, ; the ESABAC (essay, documentary file in history, data sheets of revision, advices).
Both high schools having scientific sections, the methodologies practised in Sciences such as expermiental approach, documents and scientific articles analyses and the writing of synteses may be exchanged. methodological data sheets and digital training supports will be proposed and made available through the blog.
Post-baccalaureate guidance sheets will be available to assist voluntary students to pursue studying in higher education in a neighboring country. Data concerning post-baccalaureate scientific cursus and information about research institutes and scientific careers in both countries will be shared.
Last, the blog will also receive the leaflets drafted by the pupils resgistered in these sections about movies, novels, tehater plays or current new events which interest them. The writing will be made in italian for the French pupils and in french for the Italian pupils (+ English for both Italian and French pupils).
The blog #2, having the same name, will be devoted to the only professors. It will be used mainly as a database to deposit educational resources there and exchange around professional practices.
2. Mobility of the 6 French teachers :
The French professors in History and Geograp, Life and Earth Sciences , Italian and Mathematics will move for teaching to the Italian pupils registered in ESABAC in French. This is a critical request from the Italian partners having ESABAC sections and specifically the U. Dini liceo (Pisa, Toscana). Five professors will achieve an observation training course and be part of lectures in French or English in the presence of Italian colleagues from the same discipline.
The professor of History will participate in a teaching mission directly connected to the section ESABAC with the pisan pupilsWith the scope of developing innovative educational practices, she will give lectures in History, with methodology and exercises
Furthermore, the educational objectives will depend upon the linguistic, methodological and cultural progress realised by pupils.
The last objective will be to strengthening and cultivating long-lasting relationship between voluntary teachers to enable the construction of future common projects.
