The project is primarily looking at the need to refine and identify skills in mentors who are concerned with re-structuring training courses; it also addresses the need to expand and experiment new tools in a bid to go against stereotypes that resist changes when confronting young women emerging from professional training and secondary school, and also adult women re-seeking employment. The project will do this by developing innovative modules and management tools to be used in guidance and training courses targeting both young and adult women; furthermore, a network amongst all stakeholders (primarily professionals involved in vocational guidance activities, i.e. advisors, teachers and trainers) in this sector will be established to promote integration, exchange of best practice, experience and skills namely amongst partner countries. The training modules will be available at the end of the project on a CD.
