Fusion Youth! is a Multilateral Youth Exchange to perform in Guadarrama , Madrid, from 19 to 28 September 2014 , in which 40 young people from four countries in the euro area (Spain , Italy , Romania, Croatia and Estonia ), aged between 18 and 25 years work for ten days with the issue of unemployment , creativity and entrepreneurship as background activities . These issues will be worked through dynamic animation , participation and proposal , in order to be dynamic activities supported expression techniques , verbal and nonverbal communication, etc. , which provide it with dynamism to the Exchange at the same time contribute to the strengthening and transmission of values and experiences to the participants in the thematic identified . Some of the activities included are: discussions , lectures by experts and policy makers in government and youth unemployment , creating an informative blog and a video -blog, creating an informative fanzine in participants ' own languages. All this , through games and activities that promote the integration and participation of all attendees in one box , saving possible linguistic difficulties that may occur . Throughout the work Fusion Youth! , participants devise proposals that may be taken individually by each student who knows the project and through the inculcation of positive attitudes towards life situation , will help from an individual level to mitigate the effect of getting the currently prevailing crisis. Banish boredom and lack of motivation from the base inculcating equipping young people , in a few years will be integrated into the labor market, motivational tools to not abruptly interrupt their studies and successfully complete their academic training . Also we will promote the ideas as a means of combating the crisis , generating a high regard for new models of career based alternative based on less known as cooperative labor system or the development of personal life in the third sector options. With all the tools necessary to give the participants to choose their own future.
