The project will involve developing - together with Kola Science Centre in Apatit and itsNorwegian branch - new theoretical and practical expertise in the forming of newbusiness structures, which will be linked in particular with innovations generated in thebusiness sector in Russia. Most of the expertise and knowledge required in the project isderived from the Russian parties and serves to improve the foundation for launchingbusiness cooperation in border areas
