Migration is a global problem of the world. The condition of immigrants in the world and Europe, experiences of the countries about immigration, integration of immigrants in the countries where they live in consist the subject of our Project. Besides countries that face immigration and management of migration and the situation of immigrants in these countries are the other subjects of the Project. The aim of "From Immigration to Integration" Project is to forge awareness about migration and the immigrants’ problem which comes up with it, also to assess the conditions of immigrants in Europe and Turkey as well. We want to bring to discussion the posivite and negative sides of migration with the shares of participants from different contires. Our aim is to support the integration and cohesion of immigrants in the society they live in. The main activity of the project is Youth Exchange. The youth exchange of the project will be implemented with the help of 36 participants from Spain, Croatia, Italy, Hungray, Lithuania and Turkey. The activity of project will be lasted 7 days between 06-12 December 2015, in Osmaniye. Activities: A debate will take place about negative and positive sides of migration. Stories and plays will take place in the Project about migration issues. Group actities also will be held about immigrants and shot film will be another activity. Declaration a memorandum about migration and immigrants will be another activitiy. Visiting NGOs and immigrants who live in the neighborhood will be on the list of the Project. The activities of the Project will be supported with ice breaking games and plays, the methods of informal learning will be used during the Exchange. Based on learning by doing and living, participants will have opportunity to learn from each other and teach to other. Workshops, presentation of countries, visiting NGOs and public agencies and institutions, free time activities and cultural nights will be according to Youth Programme of Erasmus+ and intercultural learning. Our Project will have positive results reducing negative stereotypes about immigrants, will support building activities related to integration and harmonization of immigrants within the community the live in. We think this will actualise in the long term.
