Erasmus+ project From Hands to Head 2015 is a mobility project in vocational education. It is prepared by Zavod za gluhe in naglušne Ljubljana/Ljubljana School for the Deaf. It includes three types of mobility: VET traineeship for special needs students, teaching activities and job shadowing activities. The partner organizations are from Turkay, Litvania, United Kingdom, Macedonia. We are planning VET traineeship to Macedonia for 10 students with interpreter and accompanied teachers, 4 students for VET traineeschip to Lithuania, also with interpreter and accompanied teachers, 4 deaf teachers to Turkey with interpreter and 4 teachers are going to teaching activities to school for deaf in Macedonia. According to our European development plan we planned deep evaluation, good management of our organizational activities,The main goals of our project are: professional growth at the field of autism and deafness, those skills are hard to obtain in Slovenia, improvement in project management, inviting new partners into a project, to enable VET traineeship for our students, professional and personal growth of our students, new language competences for students and teachers. Project planned a use of ECVET system and Europass for all participants. It is an added value that 18 students and teachers with special needs were included in this year project. The additional costs in our project are expenses for interpreting into sign language. We are planing to disseminate our project form the beginning with our web page, logo, Facebook page, articles, presentations and conference attendance. The goal of this project is to raise our management to even higher level and to include all our participants to dissemination activities. The project duration is from June2015 to June 2017.
