The main goal of the project is complete support of professional development of our employees through the courses that respond to the educational demands of our school with their content.A new need of further professional development of our employees arose, based on all the courses that have been undergone till now within the educational schedule of our school. Development of the language competence is required for work within the international projects not only for the pupils, but also for the teachers. Another need of skilling our employees in work with up-to-date technologies arose in association with the rapid-pace progress of these technologies and with introduction of 1:1 system to the European schools. We did not forget the improvement of quality within ICT extended teaching, focused on the talented pupils either; a need to skill the pedagogue in the area of programming, mechatronics and robotics arose here. One of the priorities of our school is to connect in a higher extent to the international projects of eTwinning and further activities of EUN. Joining of our teachers to the professional international communities is important. Last, but not least, we put stress on support of the methods in teaching foreign languages and the improvement of methodical support in the area of ICT at our school.Within this project, for our employees we choose courses that focus on usage of the tablets in lessons, creation of the educational applications for the mobile devices, improvement of robotics teaching focused on the talented pupils; furthermore language courses and courses focused on the methods of language teaching at the primary and also the lower secondary stage of the elementary school. While choosing the courses, we put stress on the choice of various types of the courses with the fact, that the dispatches are individual and skilled employees hand over their achieved skills to other collegues.
