Project Title: Fresh Ideas and Resources in Education (F.I.R.E.)Mobility project for School education staff, Key Action 1;staff training: this activity supports the professional development of teachers, school leaders or other school education staff in the form of: a) or training events abroad;The project goal is to improve the quality of education for the 21st century relevant education and implementing new educational approaches through participation in structured coursesThe objectives of the proposed project are:- Improving and updating the skills of teaching-learning-evaluation of teachers in our institution;- Developing a sense of European identity and globalisation of the school;- Improving language skills;- Facilitating intercultural dialogue in order to carry out partnership projects;- Developing skills for elaborating a plan for the globalisation of the school.Participants in the training course in other European countries are 10 teachers of the National College Sfantul Sava Bucharest. The project will run for a period of 18 months, starting 1 September 2016. Mobility activities training courses are:1. How to make your school more international, Spain, four teachers.2. Tablet for teachers of English, UK, two English teachers.3. Tablet for STEM, Tallinn, Estonia, two science teachers.4. How to make your school more digital, Spain, 2 teachers.The participation of 10 teachers in transnational mobility courses contributes to:- Improving the skills of designing, planning and implementing the teaching approach with modern technologies;- Improving language skills and communication;- Promoting intercultural dialogue and encourage cultural knowledge;- Increase the availability of acquisition and application of new teaching approaches;- Promoting European cooperation by writing and implementing multidisciplinary and transdisciplinary educational projects in Europe.- Improving the quality of teaching-learning-assessment technologies of the 21st century;- Developing a sense of European identity and globalisation of the school participation in projects with European partners.
