the project aims at creating a cultural link between a diverse range of local cultures, and to create a network of exchanges of best practices among local cultural operators.A web photo collection will be build from participants contributions and a photo games valorising intercultural dialogue will be created. a photo matrix, 2 photo exhibitions, and social media netwroks will be created.
