The project will promote the cooperation of the Institutes for Training to Public Administration in Moldova, Romania and Ukraine and to improve their competences to train and provide capacity building to Local Authorities civil servants aiming at improving the quality of public services towards an efficient and skilled public administration, adapted to European standards. Expected Results: Effective co-ordination and information dissemination mechanisms established through the partners and from them with the involved Local Authorities and a well-managed project reaching its objective, without serious conflict between the partners, without irregularities and with smooth reporting to the programme; the project will contribute to the empowering of the group of 36 National Trainers (12 participants per each country participating in the project) with knowledge and skills in order to transfer the know how to local public administration representatives from each country in training sessions.
