Implementing and improving the internationalization of our school by improving language and didactic-methodological skills (including CLIL):This two-year project of staff mobility aims at strengthening our competencies and skills in both intercultural communication and teaching. This applies especially to colleagues of the departments of languages and arts. These courses will help our school to build an international network within Europe. We have planned 19 mobilities altogether. Four colleagues of the language department as well as the school office will attend courses in Spain to improve their communicative and didactic skills. Fifteen colleagues will attend courses in the UK and Irland for methodology of language teaching, now focussing on the primary sector, CLIL and to improve their language skills. Our assistant to the principal will attend a language course to help us implement our current and future international projects. The overall aim is to motivate both students and staff by current and innovative ideas and methods and gain new insights, and to see everybody benefit from the European dimension.
