PROJECT
FINISHED
Project partner in this project are Institut für Lebenslanges Lernen (DE) and Eurocultura (IT). The project will be realized by several one-week-stays of employees from early childhood education as well as vocational education from June 2016 to May 2017 in the region of Vicenza.Regional qualifications offer no possibilities to get to know modern types of education. The activity-oriented approaches as well as didactic methods from foreign countries facilitate the qualitative development of regional qualification offers. The intention will be to satisfy the information requirements of the participants. These information concern mainly human-resource allocation, management of a kindergarten, organization and realization of qualifications, work with parents, education and activity-oriented implementation of the pedagogical work (best practice models). Moreover there will be established a long-term cooperation with northern Italy to educate Italian trainees in Germany in the future. The result should primarily be to satisfy the information requirements of the participants and secondary the self-awareness of positive influences of an international qualification. These results will be integrated in the future work of the participants, who are all responsible for management and/or qualification in their institutions. The qualitative development of education through international influences will be realized and integrated in the future development of educational offers. Moreover the participants will realize that the development, implementation and financing of international qualifications are possible with existing organizational and human resources. This project will support the European strategy 2020 in the areas of education and employment. The responsible organizations can present themselves as innovative and open-minded institutions and implement this offer for the acquirement of employees. These will support the European Union by integrating at least 75% of the 20-64 years old in the working process. In the future all trainees in the early childhood and vocational education should get the possibility to complete a European internship. Therefore the project contributes to fight poverty and social exclusion because a qualified education leads to an adequate employment.
