The seminar « training and developing the skills of the managers of the youth orchestras and welcoming structures », will take place from the 25th to the 28th February in Jerez in Spain.The objective is to develop the intercultural dialogue between the young through music by supervising and reinforcing the skills of the youth workers working for and with the youth orchestras.Accompanying these managers in their work with the youth and allowing them to exchange goods practices seems to be necessary to us considering studies beforehand.These objectives tend to raise the obstacles to the management, the development and to the application of exchange projects- international meetings and to allow the creation of exchange projects with the young and of mobilities for the young musicians which are sometimes outside any schooling.50 youth workers coming from Spain, France, Estonia, Poland, Slovakia and Czech Republic are going to meet through debates, exchanges, team buildings, workshops.At the end of the seminar, they will be ready to come up with innovation and changes, and to use music as a vector of the intercultural dialogue. These new skills will be at the service of the youngs and of their partners.
