The ”Open Blended Learning Trainers of Key Competences Approved by Transnational Mobitities” is a project of adult education staff mobility developed through the Erasmus Programme, key Action 1 ”Adult Education staff mobility”whi will be implemented during 2014-2015. The “Open Blended Learning Trainers of Key Competences Approved by Transnational Mobitities” is a project of adult education staff mobility developed in the frame of Erasmus Programme +, Key Action 1”Adult education staff mobility” which will be implemented during 2014-2015. It is initiated by CCD MH, that its target to promote innovation and reform in education, to ensure personal and professional development of preuniversitary staff, in correlation with professional standards of quality and with professional competences and in conformity with national strategies and politics in education. The project aims are to solve two major problems which the teachers that benefits of the CCD offer and the trainers from Mehedinti County encounters: 1. the low standard of European and international institutional development of CCD MH and 2. an inadequate offer of training of CCD MH to the present and to the trainees' needs. Being a centre of initiation and forward partnerships aiming the implementation of educational projects at a local, regional, national and international level, CCD MH aims through this project at the modernization of its training offer ,for the contents and for the way of delivering the training as well, by the creation and acreditation of the ”Open Blended Learning Instruments” in European and international projects, containing 3 personalized modules, depending on the teachers’ training needs . In order to create this ToolsKit,16 trainers from CCD MH, direct beneficiars of this project, will develop their digital transversal competences of eLearning, OER integration, 2.0 web, 3.0 web, social media in adult training and in writing competences of successful Erasmus candidates by the participation at 4 transnational mobilities fluxes in Portugal, Finland, Spain, UK, offered in the period 2014-2015 by two training suppliers with experience and expertize in those aimed fields by the project. The CCD MH offer of modernization through the new training programme named ”ToolsKit” of 89 hours,2 5 credits, will generate for the indirect beneficiars of the mobility project, 25 rural teachers and for the entire target group as well, teachers who benefit for the training offer of CCD, the formation of a based and transversal European competence set. Integrated to an European development plan and to an institutionally development vision on long term of CCD MH, the acredited ToolsKit as the final product of the project, will be implemented in the period 2015-2017 in the frame of a KA2 partnership with European institutions. In this way the target of CCD MH is that through a strategy of a well structured valorisation (dissemination+exploitation) to ensure the ability to handle all this project results for all the final beneficiars.
