The establishment is a professional high school situated in the North of the Lorraine near the Belgian, Luxemburg and German borders, what confers him a specificity which motivates a will to centre the educational activities on an international opening which finds itself clearly expressed in the project of establishment.
The objectives rest on a base in four pillars: linguistic, professional, cultural and civic allowing to develop important skills such as the autonomy, the sense of the responsibilities, the open-mindedness, the tolerance, the capacity of adaptation, the management of the freedom personal and others still bound to the development of the personality of each of the pupils with the prospect of an occupational integration facilitated by the opening on the foreign countries.
The mobilities will take place in Germany, in Stuttgart in the Land of Baden-Württemberg in structures for early childhood ("Kinderkrippen" or "Kindergarten"). They will take place at the end of the third quarter of the school year 2014/2015 or in June, 2015 over a period of 3 weeks. The choice of the country is of a logic based on a geographical, linguistic, professional and cultural coherence.
The project concerns a group of 15 pupils of 1st year of Vocational high school diploma Accompaniment, Care and Human services option structures. These pupils prepare a Vocational high school diploma in three years during which they have to make 22 weeks of periods of training in occupational environment. This mobility of three weeks is an integral part of the composition of elements essential to the obtaining of the diploma.
A particular educational, linguistic and cultural preparation of the pupils turns out essential in contact with the sectors of general but also professional education, it will imply a multidisciplinary work allowing several disciplines to get involved in the preparation of the project (German, History - Geography, French, Professional Techniques). The preparation of the mobilities will lean on a follow-up by e-mails between the participants and the structures to adapt theoretical and practical formation to the professional requirements specific to the country. The methodology will alternate working sequences, evaluation breaks to verify the concordance with the objectives initially fixed, the meetings of the steering committee and the sequences of remédiation.
The impact is situated in two levels, it will have to be of use first of all to the pupils for the obtaining of their diploma and their future occupational integration and then to the establishment for its brilliance, its reputation and its recruitment. One of the expected results consists in adapting the initial formation according to the professional requirements bound to the specificities of the country, which the pupils would have had to analyze and to which they would have had to get used. This principle will allow to prepare the future pupils for a possible occupational integration in the nearby countries of our establishment.
In the longer term, the participants can aspire to an employment in the host country because they will have widened their domain of specialization. Host firms can propose the pupils directly an employment like that was already the case in the realization of our previous Léonardo projects.
