The project's overall objective is to increase the quality of training for 20 future general nurses in psychiatry and psychiatric nursing, through a period of practical training in a specialized unit in the EU.The expected results of this project are:- 20 school graduates with a portfolio of occupational profile richer by European best practices;- acquiring knowledge on psychiatric nursing in Italy, the new models and programs in patients with disturbed behavior and their social rehabilitation;- acquiring new competences regarding the nursing of patients with psychiatric disorders (need analysis, establishing nursing diagnoses, care plan development, implementation of autonomous interventions);- accommodation with the private sector organizational rules, in a system different from the Romanian health system;- 20 Europass Mobility Certificate issued.The internship will be organized by the Italian partner INTERACTIVE Social Cooperative Society, through its structure 'Clubhouse-psychiatric rehabilitation center ", will take place in Spinardi, near community Farigliano, region TORINO and will last 2 weeks; the internship will be organized into one flow, between 11.04- 22.04.2016. The partner will provide a practical program for 10 days, 6 hours/ day, totaling 60 hours per trainee.
