The Project Training and Work experience in Eupore - TWEE , consists of an international internship program directed at students who attend initial training in professional courses (Photo, Audio, Management, Commerce, Communication, Public Relations, Advertising and Marketing) professional certification level 4 , equivalent to the 12.ª secondary school . The participants attending the courses described above are in the final year of their training, having acquired much of the knowledge of their area and developed technical skills to perform the job .
This project aims to respond to the development needs of students , enhance the knowledge, skills and professional skills, personal, social, citizenship and the ability to insert, integration and vocational adjustment of students. It also seeks to meet the needs of quality and innovation by future professionals through training backed by experience of diversified training . We still expect certain skills to enable students can create their own business with technical and economic sustainability that will bring them autonomy from employers and that they can put into practice in their professional projects in any country.
The relevance inherent to the project relates to :
- The development / improvement of professional, technical and crosswise skills of the participants;
- The development of language and inter - cultural skills;
- The contribution to the integral formation of participants;
- The acknowledgement and transmission of the values of citizenship in European society;
- The exchange of experiences and sharing of knowledge between participants and the entities involved;
- The contact between cultures that work as a stimulus for opening new perspectives whether they may be personal or professional, that will allow a comparison between professional practices in the country of origin and the country to visit within the mobility project;
- The terms of training , technology and work organization, which could result in the diversification of methods and techniques allowing for increased adaptability and professional versatility;
- The awareness of aspects to improve in order to increase productivity , creativity , innovation and effectiveness either quantitatively or qualitatively.
This design incorporates a set of specific objectives and contents that aspire to meet the requirements specified. It intends to trigger and coordinate various elements and components of personal, social and professional student education.
The aim is to :
- Allows students the experience of working experiences in a European Union country;
- Promote critical reflection of personal, social and professional nature through personal contact with a different occupational and cultural reality;
- Allow the exchange of experiences and knowledge among participants and partners at a personal, social and professional level, thus contributing to a sense of identity and European citizenship;
- Mobilize the development of specific vocational skills training, by actual contact and sharing of professional prospects in real business situations in a foreign country;
- Promote the diversification of methods and techniques in training , technology and professional organization used by participants, thus allowing the increase of their capacity for adaptation and professional versatility;
- Identify new forms of professional organization and promote new technologies employed in the business of professional activities employed by students in the labor context in a foreign country;
- Allow students measure quality needs of innovation by future professionals through training based on diversified professional experiences.
