It is a project of Training and networking of youth workers - Partner Countries for inclusion and socialisation of young people with disabilities. The main objective is to contribute to the integration of young people with disabilities into society, through the exchange of experiences and networking work. This project will bring together NGOs, leaders and social workers accompanying persons in situation of disability, local authorities to create new projects for integration in the social life of young people with disabilities. All those 34 participants from 12 countries participating in the project have identified alarming causes of this situation of exclusion and marginalization of young people with disabilities. The project partners also have the ambition to contribute to the solution of problems of inclusion of young people with disabilities, acting through initiative. The overall objective of the project is to meet new partners, facilitators and European youth workers, to exchange best practices, to share their experiences in the field of inclusion of young people with disabilities and develop new projects and new initiatives to contribute to the integration and socialisation of young people with disabilities in Romania and in Europe. Specific objectives:-to acquire a better understanding of disability-related exclusion and propose measures and the integration of young people with disabilities at European level. -Exchange of experiences and good practices related to enhancing youth inclusion and integration of young people with disabilities in Europe -Providing possibility of youth entertainment as fewer opportunities to present their practices and their organizations to implement application of future partnerships to promote the fight against poverty and marginalization of young people with disabilities -Familiarization with the tools and methods of non-formal education in working with young people with disabilities -Creation and development of new projects and partnerships to promote quality inclusion and social integration of youth with disabilities in Romania and Europe -Familiarizing participants with the Erasmus programme + -The eradication of stereotypes, prejudices, harmful behaviours in order to combat discriminatory practices based on sex and age, in all areas of life -promoting respect and tolerance for different cultures Local authorities, non-governmental organizations, informal groups will meet in Romania, Craiova. for 7 days. The activities will be based on non-formal education and intercultural learning methods. In this context, the activities to be carried out are the following: the meeting of knowledge, group dynamics, games, icebreakers and and radiators, seminars, debates, workshops, working groups, assessment activities, technical projects development techniques for analysing problem. The expected results of the project are as follows: employment of persons with disabilities in social life and the realization of new projects with institutions in the youth field both solid and secure through partnerships with youth groups in Europe, dissemination of good practices and experiences, media, news, publications in local media and on the Internet ,photo albums, creating new partnerships and projects having as theme the inclusion of persons with disabilities. To contribute to the rehabilitation and inclusion of young people with disabilities, future projects and new partnerships they will promote awareness of the negative effects of marginalization of young people with disabilities, as well as the difficulties encountered daily by their familys. the project partners also have the ambition to contribute to the solution of problems of inclusion of young people with disabilities, acting through initiative. The overall objective of the project is to meet new partners, facilitators and European youth workers, to exchange best practices, to share their experiences in the field of inclusion of young people with disabilities and develop new projects and new initiatives to contribute to the integration and socialisation of young people with disabilities in Romania and in Europe.
