The Foundation Royal Spanish Football Association is submitting this proposal as coordinator of an “ad hoc” Partnership for a project compounded by the Royal Spanish Football Association and its regional associations as sending partners and as receiving partner the European Football Associations and European football clubs. The strategic objective is aimed at incorporating the transnational mobility as a learning tool within the education and training system of football in Spain. The actions and tasks are focused on the internships of two different target groups, on one hand Football Experts and on the other hand the so-called “multipliers” of the training and education football system, that is, trainers, planners and advisors. The main objective is the acquisition of competences by the project participants within the context of a society based on knowledge and a global labor market. It is aimed at improving their training and employability. The envisaged outcomes are: * Acquisition of training and professional competences through internships in football associations and sport football clubs. * Acquisition of key competences: social-interpersonal, language, digital and culture competences through mobility. The participants are: * Young students from the vocational training course Sport Expert in Football. 165 students who are being taught and trained in the Consortium * Multipliers: 35 trainers, planners and advisors from the Spanish football training and education system. They carry out their tasks and activities within the organizations and institutions belonging to the Consortium. * The women's football will have significant importance on the project. Duration of internships: * 4 weeks internships for 100 students * 12 weeks internships for 65 students * 1-week internship for 35 trainers and teachers Selection of candidates will be based on language competence and academic report, as well as on social skills and personal and professional maturity. There will be a 60-hour module for preparation, guidance and information, previously to the internships. Contents of internships: * For students staying 4 weeks: Training Internship. It will be held in associations, sport clubs and organizations. * For students staying 12 weeks: Training Internship. It will be held in associations, sport clubs and organizations. * For multipliers staying 1 week in the establishment belonging to associations: Job Shadowing. The Foundation –RFEF is responsible for the follow-up and the project management. It will support and provide the project with technical support and human capital. It has a broad experience in managing training projects and activities at international, European and national level. It will be in charge of the following: information, selection processes, support before the internships, contents agreement with European and national partners, learning planning and follow-ups, assessment, validation of competences, dissemination, financial and administrative management. ECVET tools will be used aimed at facilitating transfer and recognition, as well as learning assessed outcomes. Every participant will obtain a Europass Mobility accreditation. A survey aimed at assessing project outcomes and measuring the project impact will be developed. This Surrey will consist in “ result evaluation detected and define the impact that this vocational training system has had in all the Partners involved and in the employment” Training and acquisition of competences by project participants will be also assessed. One of the objectives is to design a new transnational mobility implementation framework for the training development of the Foundation-RFEF and its partners during 2014-2020. It will be carried out from the spotting and analysis of the project development. The project will have a Communication and Dissemination Plan, which become visible: what it is, its objectives, its strategy, its partners, and the outcomes and competences achieved, as well as providing European football and sport decision-makers with new knowledge, best practices and material at local, regional, national and European level.
