Project participants - 10 students of Jonava Polytechnical school of initial vocational education and training level, who are enrolled in a florists’ training program ( 440021513 ), and 1 floristry teacher . Students graduated vocational education and training institution and acquire professional qualifications as a florist. The project will involve 10 students and one teacher of the floristry profession. Students will have 3-week of internship as well as the floristry profession teacher- 1 week of internship which will take place in Germany. The project aim is to improve students’ practical knowledge and skills as florist specialists to endeavor the creative and qualitativework results and technological competencies improvement. Objectives: 1. To strengthen students' professional skills and improve quality of practical training . 2. To develop core competencies through training in a real workplace. 3. Encourage students and teacher interest in his profession, the desire to constantly improve their competencies. 4. Educate students and teacher creativity and innovation. 5. To develop technological competencies The expected result: 1. Will increase students' professional competence , improve quality of practical training . 2. Will develop basic professional expertise while working at the real workplace. 3. Gain hands-on experience and knowledge about the florist profession will develop excellence in professional area. Will increase interest in his profession . 4. Will master new technologies, techniques , materials , forms and become familiar with the new fashion trends. 5. Will develop technological competencies 11 participants will acquire practical skills and improve their professional and creative qualitative index. There will be an information stand ready "The activities of floral design specialty in Germany and Lithuania.” Dissemination of the project and its results will be carried out throughout the project and beyond. Dissemination will take place at institutional, regional and sectorial level. Mobility will help project participants to evaluate their benefits of chosen profession, define their career plans and to realize that a successful employment and career opportunities due to their learning and expertise gained during the internship to meet current labor market needs and the ability to take responsibility for your career. By having an international experience will allow students to employ at Lithuanian or European companies, or continue their studies in higher-level educational institutions.
