The aim is to improve development and professional management of real estates and to support maintaining the value of built environment. Questions of energy consumption and long-term planning will be presented for the housing corporation boards and dwellers’ associations. Project improves information and know-how of professionals maintaining the buildings by information measures, training and exchange of trainees. Information measures cover e.g. the following themes: optimising of maintenance costs, saving of energy and protection of buildings, environmental questions and holistic planning of urban environment. In addition, a comparative study on main regulations and legislation in Finland and Estonia will be carried out.
