Project Find your way to internationality responds to the need of youth centers and youth workers to active inclusion and quality in international youth work. Network , as the umbrella organization for youth centres in Slovenia, between the members of notes wish to be involved in international projects, but also the fear and ignorance of tools to perform such work. At the same time Network MaMa in 2015 and 2016 participates in the Strategic Partnership Boost your possibilities, which measures the effects of international youth work on the participants, while promoting the involvement of youth organizations. Thus arose the idea of carrying out a multi-phased project that will led youth workers through the theory to the final implementation of their first international youth project in practice. The partnership includes 5 youth centers without experience from Slovenia, 5 from Estonia, 5 from Finland. With a view to diversity and interculturalism we added in partnership also partner organizations from Italy and Turkey. The project will involve 17 youth workers and two trainers and will take place in four steps. The first step is a -day seminar in June 2016, through which the participants will get to know eachother, get to know organiastions, get familiar with Erasmus +: Youth in Action programme, create a new partnership and the newly formed groups will work on a common project idea (we expect at least 4 project ideas). The second step will be carried out through on-line consultations between June and October 2016. The trainers will at this time be mentoring and monitoring project groups to develop the project idea and get it prepared for submission at the October application deadline in Erasmus +. The third step will be held in January 2017. At that time, participants will gather again at nine-day seminar. Through seminar participants will receive theoretical and practical knowledge in the field of project management and the possibility to test some of their proposed methods. The last step is to actively monitor the implementation of new project activities by trainers and support the dissemination of results. The main objective of the project is to strengthen the competences of youth workers and raise the quality of youth work.
