Our project will be newly graduated young people; In Turkey, will be used extensively in the automotive industry in the near future electric vehicles technology (EV) and the hardware, Europe aims to provide on-site experience of seeing in practice. In particular, a significant element of the sector vulnerability in the electric vehicle maintenance specialist staff, increased professional skills, efficient and preferred one is aimed to train as an intermediate element. In order to close this gap; increase the professional knowledge of our young graduates who want to work in this area, is intended to have sufficient knowledge and skills to gain international work experience and job market. Training and certification of electric vehicles featured in recent years; element of choice is a tool given the importance of the company. Recruitment and career advancement, employees certificate holder has significant advantages. Ensuring their students graduate, certificate holders, our efforts have ECVET pilot schools of our organization continues. The work we plan to achieve international mobility of Things is expected to make significant collaborations forward at this point. Our project's first aim is to watch how Fıat Electric Powered vehicles, their combustible systems and Diagnostic technologies in Fiat factories and FIAT Car services are used in practical ways. And also our teachers Will improve their professional competence by the helping of attending practical training at abroad and Will Have Chance to adapt themselves fast to the progressing new technologies. Project beneficiaries are students and teachers of FIAT laboratory located in Turkey's Vocational and Technical Education High School 11 Grade 12 students The project's mobilities will be held in April, May and June 2016 to Spain, İtaly ve Poland
