IMAGINA- Alcobendas Youth, Childhood and Adolescence Service promotes and organizes training and information activities for young people aged from 14 to 35 years old and for children and teenagers aged from 4 to 15 years old all over the municipality. As part of our policy of opportunities for all and access to international programs in Europe, we are hosting European volunteers since more than 15 years ago, framed on Erasmus + and the previous "Youth for Europe" and “Youth in Action" programs, supporting our work involved for both sides as work and personal enrichment.Continuing with our project on youth and our policy of equal opportunities, we propose hosting a youth exchange in June 2016. A group of 20 young from Sweden, Romania, Latvia and Spain will share their point of view and work on the feasibility of potential projects in their communities of origin, to sensitize the local population about the refugees situation.Due to this project in collaboration with the Refugee Reception Centre of Alcobendas, we have the opportunity to show first hand information about the refugees situation in Spain and the reality of them in the day by day living to the local community. Participants will be integrated since his arrival on daily task with the refugees of Alcobendas.Throughout the project cycle we will focus on learning processes based on participatory and non-formal education methodologies, for which we have the support of professionals in the field and previous experience in the revitalization of these projects.
