Project "Fakebook" starts on the 1st of August, 2014 and ends on the 1st of January, 2015. The youth from the five countries (Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Turkey) will participate in the project. From each country 10 people groups (aged 16-25) will be chosen and guided by 2 team leaders each. By communicating, creating and learning young people will try to solve one of the most serious issue nowadays - waisting time when using computer purposeless. The main project goal is to motivate young adults to communicate, cooperate and express themselves in real, not virtual, environment. Also, to help to understand that social networks and IT are just tools which help to interact when there is no possibility to meet and it is not the main way of communication. Our project objectives: 1. To improve communication skills and other competences in real environment. 2. To help to understand the benefits of information technology, social networks and to find the new ways of using it. 3. To gain self-confidence, to learn how to assess and express yourself. We do know that activity of participants influence quality and success of the project, so all the teams will be actively involved in all three stages of the project: preparation, exchange and dissemination of results. Also, during the whole project the non-formal education methods will be used. In the preparation stage the teams will discuss the project topics in groups, do the homework , think how to deliver the presenations of own countries and teach other participants own language, conduct morning exercises and energisers. One month before the exchange the APV will be held, which aims to strenghten the responsibilities of all participating countries, trust in each other and to discuss the details of the project too. The exchange is scheduled for the 15-23 of September, 2014. More than one week living, creating and using the non-formal education methods as theater, dance, arts and simulation, together we will try to reach project goal and objectives. During the project participants will learn the new ways to spend their active leasure and become more involved in practise. Also, they will find out the benefits of interacting in real environment and understand the difference between virtual and real communication. Study how to plan the activities and deal with it in the group. Learn the new ways of using IT. Acquire social skills, which will help to communicate and take a part in the labor market in the future. Young people will become more active and energetic, it will have significant benefit for both - country they are from and the whole Europe.
