Context/background of project;- Better training for our students- More pupils to the subjects / professions- Better academic results for our students- Do not cultivate only outstanding individuals but also bring out the best in all studentsObjectives of our project;- Better academic results for all- Less dropout- Reputation as a modern and progressive schoolNumber and profile of participant:- 6 participant who is elected to the given criteria, from Level 2 level Restaurant and food processing- Participants where the willingness to learn often means more than the ability, not just "good school" students Description of activities;- Training school in Spain / Sevilla- Training practice in Spanish business- Experience Spanish food culture and the nation's cultural lifeMethodology to be used in carrying out the project:- Information to generate interest from teachers, classmates, internet- Writing applications and interview- Learning pressure through participation- Development of the student as a person, reflecting on their own behaviorShort description of the results and impact envisaged and finally the potential longer term benefits:- Pupils who are more motivated- Pupils who are more reflective of their own behavior- Students who motivates pupils- Greater presence among the students (decreases dropout)- Teachers who are more engaged and motivated as a teacher / instructor- Our school and program area becomes more attractive for the society around us, all who have an interest to work with us and there are many.
