Europe has to face new challenges while older problems remain still unresolved. For some countries, Europe seems to be nothing more than an option. We want to show by our project that Europe is not an option but the only possible solution to our problems.50 apprentices will spend a five weeks internship in Malta, improving their professional and language skills and experience the variety of Europe and its countries.16 of our teachers will act as teachers or learners in five different countries. By helping to build up a vocational training system with the experience of the German dual system, by introducing German as a foreign language, by comparing perspectives of the difficult relationship in the past, or by being trained in Swedish schools and training centers how to get organized and how to best handle the refugee challenge, they will all come back as more internationally qualified teachers and will have understood how European cooperation helps solving problems.
